Raised Lipid Profile
(Newest replies first)

I'm 51 and am experiencing raised TG levels. My TG is 395. My cholesterol is 230, LDL is 118, HDL is 33, VLDL is 79 mg/dl. Please advise me on how I can reduce these numbers? Also can I reduce my levels without medication? If so then how?
