Sir am rudramma aged about 53 years everything is normal suddenly suffered by ischemic brain stroke with in three days became normal going for work but on ecosprin av 75 I feel all side effects like dizziness etc shall I take alternate days everything is normal why they given avast one combination why cont only aspirin I confused please guide me if I can talk personally
